• Cord length: The cords separating the two rectangles are adjustable. Indicate the desired length (length between the two embroidered rectangles) in the dropdown menu. The standard length is 45 cm
 
• The Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart are sewn and embroidered by hand on WHITE felt (100% wool)
 
• Brown braided wool back (100% wool), conforms to the traditional requirements of the brown scapular

📦 Shipping and returns
 
Because we are a small craft workshop and international shipping costs are high, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the European Union. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the handmade crafts.
 
For customers within the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition. The cost of returning are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to improper use
