Payment

Paypal, you don't have to have a Paypal account, you can use a debit or credit card.​

Processing time

The time I need to process an order varies. For more information, see the item descriptions.

 

Delivery

Please make sure your contact details are correct and complete,

Orders are sent with tracking number.

 

Estimated delivery times

• France: 2-7 working days
• Europe: 3-10 working days

• North America : 6-15 opened days

• Other country: 30-45 working days

I will do my best to keep these lead time estimates accurate, but cannot guarantee them.

In any case we can not be held responsible for a delay of the post office, a damaged or lost package.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges after confirmation from me

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items within: 21 days of delivery

 

I do not accept cancellations. But please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any problem with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Promotional items

Return conditions

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

Items rarely disappear. I will only offer a possible new partial or complete delivery, or a possible partial or full refund only after (since the date of shipment):

6  weeks for France and Europe,

8 weeks for North America,

10 weeks for the rest of the world.
